Dismantling aircraft is essentially reverse assembly, a process that is bound by quite a few strict guidelines. Fortunately, you will not be doing this alone. You will work alongside experienced colleagues who will teach you all the tricks of this fantastic trade. Together with them, you will ensure that the extracted parts are successfully brought back into the aviation industry.
To be successful in this role, you have at least a technical MBO (secondary vocational education) working and thinking level. You bring some practical wrenching experience as a mechanic, and/or you have completed a level 2 aircraft mechanic training program. We are looking for someone who is proactive and highly solution-oriented. You are fluent in the Dutch language and proficient in English. Furthermore, you are a motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, and social team player. Finally, you live in the Twente area or are willing to relocate there.

Het demonteren van vliegtuigen is in feite omgekeerde montage, een proces waaraan behoorlijk wat strikte richtlijnen verbonden zijn. Gelukkig doe je dit niet alleen. Je gaat samenwerken met ervaren collega's die je alle kneepjes van dit fantastische vak zullen leren. Samen met hen zorg je ervoor dat de gedemonteerde onderdelen met succes weer worden teruggebracht in de luchtvaartindustrie.
Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, heb je minimaal een technisch mbo werk- en denkniveau. Je brengt enige praktische sleutelervaring mee als monteur, en/of je hebt een opleiding tot vliegtuigmonteur (niveau 2) afgerond. We zoeken iemand die proactief en sterk oplossingsgericht is. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent bedreven in het Engels. Verder ben je een gemotiveerde, ambitieuze, enthousiaste en sociale teamspeler. Tot slot woon je in de omgeving van Twente of ben je bereid hiernaartoe te verhuizen.
